Customer Service Coordinator

Eligible candidates should meet the following requirements;
  • Diploma in Business Information Technology / Telecommunication and Information Technology / Electrical and Electronic Engineering 
  • or a Higher National Diploma in Telecommunication / Electrical & Electronic Engineering 
  • or a Minimum 2 years’ Information technology Installation industry experience
  • Must have a minimum of two (2)years experience as a Customer Service Coordinator in an  ICT firm
  • Must have Extensive certification in Project Management and customer care
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project applications.
  • Should have been exposed to Prince2 Project Management Methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology Project management.
Networking Solutions Product Manager

Job Responsibilities 

Being the Networking Solutions Product Manager directly responsible for the Networking Solutions portfolio via:

Strategy: - Selection of appropriate products solution [pricing, quality, features, critical advantages, integratebility and provide an annual product solution roadmap plan.

Product management :- Pricing, negotiation, min & max stock holdings, forecasts

Project manager / Customer Service agent and Sales Staff: -Responsible for Directing, Training & Technical aspects of sales and design, including Exhibitions, Trade shows etc.

Resellers: - Assisting with Training & Technical aspects of sales and design.

Technical / Installation staff  :- Managing and  directly involved in Training of technical staff, technical installation, support, configuration and commissioning of projects for efficient performance of the Networking Solutions portfolio 

Records: - Ensuring that all the transactions and activities related to the Networking Solutions portfolio are well recorded and are up-to-date in the Customer Relationship Management System (C.R.M).

Reports: - Ensuring that all the reports, analysis and feedback relating to the performance of the Networking Solutions are prepared and presented as required by the top management.

Product and Solutions Marketing :- Ensuring that the Telephony solutions are well marketed to both the employees and potential clients to arouse interest and drive sales

Eligible candidates should meet the following requirements;
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Information Technology / Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering 
  • or Higher National Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ Computer Networking systems industry experience
  • Certification in CCNA, Professional Computer Networking Installation courses.
  • Ability to develop product strategy plans consultatively with relevant stake holders.
  • Having had experience in large integrated system technical sales, design, implementation and commissioning
