Position: Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for competent and hands on maintenance engineer capable of driving manufacturing operations and productivity through constant and scheduled maintenance of machines.

The right candidate should be highly skilled and knowledgeable on machines including PLC lines.he should be good in spare parts management, inventory, expenditure and budget control, able to delegate and control manpower in his department

Key Tasks

• Design and implement viable machine preventive and break down maintenance programs
• Inspect the factory / facility regularly and electrical units
• Research for new cost effective equipments
• Ensure viable training programs and career development for staff in the maintenance department
• Enforce and adhere to safety regulations as well as industry requirements
• Make prudent purchase of parts as per department budgets
• Perform human and administrative responsibility in the department
• Delegate work,prepare work schedules,record daily maintenance activities
• Assess risks with in facility / work environment
• Contact and deal with service providers and contractors

Educational Requirement & Experience

Right candidate should possess an engineering degree or diploma with minimum 5years relevant experience in maintenance with a reputed manufacturing company
