Our client is an award-winning company that is transforming healthcare in Kenya by building a chain of outpatient medical centres that offer evidence-based medical care and unparalleled patient experience at surprisingly affordable rates. 

They’re a startup company with a big vision. Their first medical centre in Kitengela is one of the busiest in all of Kitengela, 

Their second in Umoja is already growing quickly and they are opening their third medical centre later this year. Building a successful startup requires hard work, lots of change and working with low resources. 

It also means the opportunity to design a solution that could help millions of people in East Africa.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience managing a medical facility or department
• Minimum 3 years experience directly managing a team of people
• Prove track record of success

Where is the position? 

In either Kitengela, Umoja or our 3rd medical centre, mostly likely in South B or Pipeline

Compensation?

Starting salary depends on experience/abilities. 

Ongoing salary is determined by performance and attitude
