Job Description: Reporting to the Managing Director
To sustain a quality work environment where operational systems are followed; compliance to legislative requirements; and maintain professional accounting records for the company while managing the company team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and implement cost efficient and performance oriented procedures that offer staff and customers a competitive and reliable service and ensure high manpower productivity
- Coordinate timely and complete communications between management and staff and customers/prospects
- Implement and monitor the performance of company policy, systems and procedures
- Propose comprehensive marketing and sales plans.
Qualifications
- Able to work well under pressure
- Confident, good communication and organizational skills
- 8 years in the Retail industry.
