Position: Branch Coordinator

Company profile: Our client is a subsidiary of a Group of Companies that started operations in 2000. Today they provide, integrated design and build IT solutions for SMEs and Large government institutions. 

Our Client also has a nationwide coverage with branches in various locations in Kenya.



Location: Nairobi

Department: Management

Main purpose of the job: Main role will be to oversee the growth of business, exploit new IT business opportunities. 

Key Outputs
  • Maintains communication between the branch and management by preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity.
  • Formulates recommendations and provides feedback to management regarding operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitors office activity, including number of transactions, loan volume, sales volume, etc.
  • Provides training to staff in regard to operations and policies.
  • Schedules, supervises, and motivates branch staff in an effort to maintain optimal member service satisfaction levels.
  • Coaches staff to fulfill business plan goals.
  • Assists in evaluating staff’s work performance by helping to prepare and deliver annual reviews and performing coaching sessions.
  • Monitors quality of service for members, and ensures that employees are maximizing opportunities to sell products.
  • Assists in managing the security and safety of the branch, by analyzing security and safety policies and procedures. Alerts staff of any changes.
  • Assists in the interviewing, hiring and training of new tellers and member service team members.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales culture within the branch.  Mentor and motivate staff; measure and monitor results; hold staff accountable for achieving goals.
Qualifications & Competencies
  • University Degree in Sales / Marketing or related field with a Professional, courteous, energetic, presentable, resilient, good product knowledge and excellent communication skills.
  • Good listening skills and good work ethic.
  • Computer skills: MS Word, Windows, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in Sales / administration / Customer Service within the IT Industry
