Technical Site Manager

Role: Technical Site Manager

Key Performance Areas:
  • Planned Maintenance, fault diagnosis and corrective work
  • Project Delivery (SON, MS, Supplier management)
  • Financial Deliverables (Raising of PO’s, Managing outstanding quotes and invoices)
  • Work order scheduling of reactive and planned maintenance. (Maximo)
  • Work order monthly assessment and administration.
  • Building and equipment inspection, testing and repairs (Daily checklist, maintenance plan)
  • Assist and escort contractors on site (Induction and Safety plans)
  • Ensure work performed is compliant to the requirements of the Wiring Regulations, OSH ACT and Johnson Controls H&S procedures
  • Source and initiate purchase of spares/services as required
  • Administrative delivery (Reporting, Filing, SLA compliance)
  • Ensure intimate Knowledge of contractual obligations (SLA, Financial)
  • Stand in for Facility Manager
  • Assist in the move of furniture and equipment
  • Daily checks on air conditioner, electrical, water, access control critical and non critical areas
  • Respond to callouts 24x7
  • Provide support and training to team members
  • Assist the facilities management team in delivering SLA’s
  • Participate in team meetings (Operations meeting, site manager forum  meetings)
  • Provide Technical leadership for the organization occupied locations within the parent’s company’s remit
Requirements:
  • Good supervisory skills
  • Solid Experience  working with UPS’s, Generator, BMS Systems, Chillers and Electrical Experience
  • Electrical qualification a must
  • Engineering Tertiary qualification / degree
  • Having passed Electrical Trade test would be advantageous
  • Wireman’s license advantageous
  • Good communication, both written and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Must have own transport
  • Presentable and Professional Appearance
  • Good English (written and verbal skills)
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Notes 8.5, Maximo, eCounterline)
