Our Client is a well-established Three Star Hotel located a short distance from Nairobi City Center, has undergone major upgrading recently and wishes to recruit a Maintenance Officer.
Job Profile: The job holder is responsible for developing and maintaining a sound and comprehensive preventative programme for the Hotel’s generators, electric water heating, water supply, alarm and lighting systems as well as building and furnishing redecoration and repairs.
Job Specifications
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
A higher Diploma will be an added advantage.
Competence to develop a compressive preventative maintenance programme for all hotel systems.
Experience in supervising multidisciplinary maintenance teams
Experience working in a Hotel or Hospital at supervisory level essential
At least four years relevant experience.
Salary: A starting salary of 60,000 shillings.
