Position: Merchandiser

General Purpose: Interact with customers to provide the company with the exact position of our products in all our outlets and ensure the same are properly stocked.

Responsibilities



Deal directly with customers by visiting shops.
handle and resolve customer complaints in terms of sales
obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
provide pricing and delivery information
perform customer verifications
process orders and requests
organize workflow to meet customer time frames
escalate sales complaints to relevant offices
manage customers' accounts
keep records of customer interactions and transactions
prepare customer reports
maintain customer databases
coordinate and maintain communication with internal departments
follow up on customer purchase orders
debts collection
Skills and Qualification
minimum of a diploma in business related courses
quick learner
taking initiative to understand a variety of products
any relevant experience will be an added advantage
