Farm Manager (Machakos County)

Duties and Responsibilities

Planning, set production targets, and buying materials needed for the farm, such as animal feed.

Managing the farm’s budget, cash flow, communicating with suppliers and documenting and record keeping.

Knowledge of pests and crop diseases and their spread and how to treat as well as control them.

Requirements

• BSc in Animal Science and/or a Diploma, Agricultural Business or related certificate desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a multi-lingual farm, computer literate and between age 32 - 45 years.
• Excellent husbandry skills and Knowledge of Health Programme.
