Job Title: Corporate Sales Account Manager

Our client is an internationally recognized brand, a 5 star hotel that has been well established to accommodate different clientele. 

They are in the process of commissioning their new laundry unit that will not only serve the hotel’s clients but also offer the same services to individuals and Corporates. 

Job Purpose: They seek to hire a corporate sales account manager who will be responsible for maximizing sales for the hotel, development and implementation of annual sales plans and ensuring client’s business objectives are meet and are executed properly and right on schedule. 



Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and delivery of short and long term strategic business goals.
  • Strategy development, Planning and Reporting
  • Prepare overall sales & marketing strategy
  • Interact with key stakeholders, negotiating terms, ensuring satisfaction, and closing sales.
  • Identify, analyses, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective corporate clients
  • Develop and enhance business relationships fostering existing and new business
  • Identify key Corporate Clients needs through sales call and meetings & Managing business development activities entailing mapping Corporate Clients in entire region
  • Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major accounts corporate clients
  • Independently prospecting and closing high value sales deals
  • Analyze market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
  • Manage sales revenue targets
  • Coordinate and attend events and outreach, tracking marketing campaigns and evaluating sales success.
  • Schedule and conduct account reviews to strengthen satisfaction and build repeat customers
Skills and qualifications required
  • Preferably a degree in sales and marketing, or business related
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales; at least 3 years should be in management.
  • Should have experience in account management, Client Meeting, Client Acquisition and retention
  • Ability to build quick rapport with multiple contacts within Corporates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A good track record for moving business to the next level
  • The candidate should be pleasant, presentable and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Outperforming revenue goals and enhancing overall profitability.
